Steven Ray Del Frago, who died in 2021, forged lifelong friendships while attending Western High School. In his professional life, Steve was always known to be a hard worker and a natural in the hospitality industry. He began his career as a server and joined the casino business, working at properties like The Dunes, The Hacienda, and Palace Station before making it as a Doorman at The Mirage. He was at The Mirage from its opening in 1989 until 1998, when he moved on to open The Bellagio. During his 23 years at The Bellagio, it became his second home. He could always be found in the driveway with his top hat on, his whistle at the ready and a smile on his face.
